About the role
It is an exciting time to join Link at a significant milestone in our sustainability journey. We have been on our Sustainability journey since 2020 when we set out our One World 2030 strategy. Since then we have been working hard on calculating our Scope 1,2 & 3 emissions, engaging in various sustainability activities, publishing our sustainability report and helping our clients by calculating their products footprint. We are now looking forward to the next steps in our journey that includes a focus on our supply chain sustainability.
This position would suit a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience, seeking a new challenge within a dynamic and fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the ESG & Sustainability in developing strategic projects and initiatives to improve sustainability across the Link
- Supporting in data collection for the annual external audits
- Working on creating footprint calculations for various projects using Link’s own PLA calculator
- Keeping the team up-to-date with the latest environmental and sustainability updates, policies and innovations in the market
- Providing support in the creation of sustainability related collateral for internal & external use
Requirements:
- Strong interest in sustainability, environmental science and social responsibility
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to prioritise, manage own workload, and adapt to changing business requirements and deadlines
- Capable of juggling multiple workstreams and working to tight deadlines
- Highly organised and able to work with different departments
- Excellent attention to detail as well as strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Analytical mindset and able to handle and manipulate data. Comfortable to disseminate complex information and datasets and convey into simple dashboards and trend reports
- Fluent in English
