- Collaboration with the team to provide exceptional service and supporting colleagues during busy periods is essential
Qualifikation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and friendly attitude with a strong customer service orientation
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is desirable
- Preferably student of a hotel management school
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Fluency in German or French, very good knowledge of English
