Tender Executive (Gem)

Search tenders matching our product and services criteria from Tender portals like gem, mahatenders

• Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, risk matrix
• Preparation of Pre bid queries.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and its follow up.
• Follow-up with clients for EMD & SD Refund etc.
• Attend prebid / Post bid / Technical discussion meeting with clients
• Ensure zero penalties or BG Forfeitures or Zero misses in coordination with sales and technical team.
• Provide Tender specifications to the buyer for bid creation
• Create / Publish tenders for buyers
• Help buyers for tender scrutiny (technical / financial evaluation)
• Preparation of Representation against Technical and Commercials terms to recommend revised specifications to gain winning probability
• Tracking the status of the tenders which participated earlier submitted regularly from the tender floating stage up-to award of work. Verification/study of LOA /LOI / Detailed order in line with specifications and check for deviations, if any.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
