Cloover is committed to making sustainable financing easier, faster and cheaper while bringing renewable energy to every household and business. Our platform enables renewable technology providers to offer embedded financing options to their customers in addition to managing their own working capital. This will enable more private individuals and companies to install solar systems, battery storage, charging stations for electric vehicles and heat pumps and become independent energy suppliers.

Tasks

Expand Market Presence:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with new installation partners to broaden Cloover's market presence.
  • Execute on existing pipeline and lead the implementation process with large partners.Sales Protocol Development:

  • Develop and enhance sales protocols and processes for effective implementation, emphasizing a process-oriented approach to ensure consistency and efficiency.

  • Share successful protocols across markets to optimize sales strategies.

Product Development:

  • Collaborate with Nordic partners to identify opportunities and contribute to the development of new products.
  • Explore and expand Cloover's presence in additional renewable technologies, such as heat pumps, air conditioning, and EV charging solutions.

Organizational Development:

  • Mentor and foster the professional growth of the Cloover organization in Sweden, placing emphasis on process orientation and mentoring as keys to success.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, creating a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Footprint Expansion:

  • Expand Cloover's footprint in adjacent markets, particularly within the Nordic countries.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to solidify Cloover's position in the renewable energy and climate finance sectors.

Requirements:

  • Full language proficiency in Swedish (ideally native) and English
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the fintech or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of B2B2C, B2B2B and indirect sales models
  • Experienced implementing data driven structured sales processes and scaling these in a venture backed environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with c-level executives.
  • Experienced training, coaching and leading an internal or external sales force.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and developing teams, emphasizing a process-oriented approach.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
