Anabas Welcome is specialised in high-end reception and concierge services, the premium front of house division of Anabas. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers.
We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Post room Operative toprovide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in the Farringdon area of London.
A high standard of service delivery is expected, and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met.
- * This is a fixed term contract of up to 3 month *with an immediate start desirable.:
- * If successful you will work 45 hours a week 8:30am to 6:30pm at an annual salary of £27,963.*
Your responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordination of all mail room services ensuring that the systems are developed, updated and specific to the client personnel needs at all times.
- Identify and implement service improvements.
- Develop, maintain and implement written process and procedures to be included in the Facilities Manual.
- Ensure that client satisfaction is high by obtaining regular feedback and ensuring best practice improvement is implemented where necessary and appropriate.
- Work to written service level agreements.
- Attend to all queries, ensuring strict security procedures are adhered to.
- Day to day responsibility for managing stock and supplies for the purpose of mail room and despatch requirements.
- Monitor any mail or security arrangements / system and report system failures / errors effectively, specific to the security of checking goods in systems and processes for suspicious items.
- Provide appropriate support the Facilities team as and when necessary.
- Develop and maintain an effective client relationship.
- Taking deliveries where appropriate and ensuring the recipient is notified promptly.
- Undertaking any other tasks as may be appropriate.
- Reporting of maintenance issues.
You will have:
- Experience working as a Post room Operative.
- Have exceptional organisation and communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which you can maintain an exceptional level of service whilst managing multiple tasks.
- Great knowledge about international shipping and customs rules.
