Duties include:
- Order processing:
Liaising with client on all aspects of their orders.
Look after & grow customer accounts.
Maintaining company records
Solving any customer issues.
Working with all departments in the company to ensure correct flow of information from customer to fulfilment & accounts team and vice versa.
- Requirements and Skills (but not essential):
Previous sales experience
Good organisation and planning skills
Good time management
Proficient on a computer
Can multitask
- Working Hours:
2+ days a week (Sunday to Thursday)
Twilight hours
