ROLE SUMMARY
ROLE PROFILE
- Establish a relation development strategy for priority tenants resulting in strong value-based relationship with the targeted stakeholders.
- Responsible for defining demand creation marketing strategy and plans in co-ordination with the leasing team
- Lead the analysis of Tenant-specific data (e.g., annual reports, store sales, store layout, check average, service history and traffic) to understand current economics and state of the overall business.
- Drive innovative ideas and promo calendar in collaboration with the tenants
- Define and agree co-investment/partnership terms with the key account on marketing initiatives (loyalty/co-branded/cross region)
- Conduct regular business reviews with Tenants to monitor relationship, re-affirm strategies linked to needs and operational and/or personal value created for the Tenants
- Recommend, Plan, Track and Optimize our Tenant marketing Budget, barter deals budget
- Manage and proactively communicate with the respective stakeholders on existing and new development including finance and Leasing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent.
- 6-8 years of experience in Marketing / Trade marketing / Consumer Promotion/Business development
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Negotiation skills.
- Outstanding relationship building skills
