Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients’ accounts.
  • Meet clients and gather necessary information to conclude deals and guarantee project delivery based on contract requirements (might require traveling).
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
  • Proposal write up and communication with clients.
  • Upsell and approach old and new clients for new services.
  • Gather leads by calling potential clients, visiting exhibitions and conferences.
  • Update project management system and CRM.
  • Discuss and brain storm project concept/ideas with the involved team members.
  • Reviewing deliverables and client comments on project to ensure best standards.
  • Follow up on Project with supervisor and present a monthly report of activities.
  • Gather content for Newsletter or Mailing that is sent to clients for new products, offers and newly signed Clients.
  • Advise social media team on latest launched projects.
  • Updating profile and website with latest products and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

Research:

  • Researching different industries and understand their needs that fit with our services.
  • Gather a list of potential clients and researching what they have in terms of products and what we could offer.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in digital marketing and development.
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software.
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
  • Previous experience in handling clients.
  • Ambitious and dynamic.
