Catering Cost Control involves managing and monitoring the
procurement costs in the catering and food service sector.
The role aims to ensure that procurement costs are kept
within the specified budget and achieve the targeted
profitability for the establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cost control strategies to achieve
financial and profitability goals.
- Monitor and analyze costs related to food and beverage
purchases and catering supplies.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier prices and ensure the best
value for money.
- Track and evaluate overall expenditure according to the
defined budget.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to
minimize waste and improve cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with catering teams, chefs, and procurement
management to enhance cost control operations.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on catering cost
performance and provide recommendations for
improvement.
Salary: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,500.00 per month
