Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintaining employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
- Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as attendance, leaves, and overtime.
- Supporting the performance management process by preparing evaluation forms and scheduling performance reviews.
- Assisting with employee relations activities, such as resolving employee conflicts and grievances.
- Providing administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Maintaining HR databases and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assisting with the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
