Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintaining employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
  • Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as attendance, leaves, and overtime.
  • Supporting the performance management process by preparing evaluation forms and scheduling performance reviews.
  • Assisting with employee relations activities, such as resolving employee conflicts and grievances.
  • Providing administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Maintaining HR databases and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assisting with the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
