Essential Criteria

  • Have at least 1 years’ experience of working in a busy administration function.
  • Experience in maintaining internal data bases.

Ability to demonstrate:

  • Effective planning, organisation, prioritising skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to provide timely and accurate information.

What You'll Do

  • As HR Administrator, you will be joining a well-established and highly experienced HR team and report directly to the HR Advisor.
  • Whilst based in Lurgan this position is a multi-site role across the Island of Ireland. You will be the first point of contact for all general HR enquiries for sites in Lurgan, Monaghan and Dublin, managing the sites central HR inboxes and responding as appropriate or escalating queries to the relevant HR Advisor.
  • As a key member of our team you will take ownership of a wide range of Administration duties. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless compliant operation.
  • As HR Administrator, you will maintain confidentiality on all Human Resource issues whilst providing full administrative support to the HR team.
  • This will include updating the HR systems, creating and maintaining personnel files, ensuring all information is filed correctly and in accordance with applicable data privacy regulations, and completing general administration duties including but not limited to drafting letters, filing, and scanning documentation.
  • In your position as HR Administrator, you will be responsible for payroll administration, providing support for the recruitment team by carrying out pre-employment checks and the onboarding / offboarding of staff.
  • You will assist with preparation of HR files for audits, absence management, and general duties as required to support the HR team.
  • In addition you will play an active role in Employee Engagement across the sites.
