Description
Client Partner, CEE Retail, FinTech & Travel Responsibilities:
- Serve as an industry thought leader in social media and digital advertising in order to drive vertical and client success leveraging Meta’s ongoing product and technology developments
- Business & Financial Acumen: understand the client’s business, industry, competition, company priorities and marketing budget,, define success metrics and set goals for joint partnership objectives
- Accurately and effectively manage sales pipeline in order to prioritize business opportunities and resources, predict future sales revenue and share of wallet by analyzing the pipeline, external market conditions, client budgets and plans (annual) + accuracy
- Develop and broaden high-level collaborative relationships, including understanding and identifying contacts that manage multiple budget, (brand, DR etc.) and close large deals with up to 15-20 major customers
- Create and present needs-based solutions and high quality answers to RFPs
- Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall vertical and team goals
- Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and Meta marketing solutions. Crafts & delivers data-driven narratives that rallies stakeholders towards a common plan & goal
- Exhibit executive presence and confidence in presenting Meta to C-suite executives,
- Partner with other vertical teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives - developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach
- Methodic coordination & communication across the various entities (MBPs, various teams on client side, agencies etc)
- Influences stakeholders through individual motivations and deep understand of client & partner organizational powers. Works with clients to align on service expectations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Marketing, Direct Response, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experience - 10+ years of experience
- Experience in FinTech, eCommerce or other performance marketing driven industries
- Proven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative sell
- Fluency in English and a Russian language is beneficial but not a must
- Experience in startups (scaling from MVP) and/or entrepreneural background is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred
