About the Role:
What will you do:
Strategic Pricing Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies to optimise revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer segmentation to inform pricing decisions.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and data-driven decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align pricing strategies with product offerings & promotional activities.
- Provide pricing expertise and insights to support business development initiatives.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Utilise data analytics and market trends to identify opportunities for pricing optimization.
- Implement pricing models and tools to enhance decision-making processes.
- Work closely with product management to align pricing with product features and customer value.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pricing strategy development and implementation in fast growing/scale up phase organisations (travel, transportation or logistics industry is a plus).
- Strong leadership and team management skills (3+ years experience of team management required).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate within cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
