About the Role:
What will you do:
Strategic Pricing Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies to optimise revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer segmentation to inform pricing decisions.

Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and data-driven decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align pricing strategies with product offerings & promotional activities.
  • Provide pricing expertise and insights to support business development initiatives.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Utilise data analytics and market trends to identify opportunities for pricing optimization.
  • Implement pricing models and tools to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with product management to align pricing with product features and customer value.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in pricing strategy development and implementation in fast growing/scale up phase organisations (travel, transportation or logistics industry is a plus).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills (3+ years experience of team management required).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate within cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
