Role overview
Your first week will be dedicated to training and learning on the job. Our recruiter and your buddy will guide you through it all. You have the skills - we have the knowledge and the tools!
Responsibilities:
Execute the full life cycle recruitment process for each requisition including:
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partners, and TA Operations in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent ongoing communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility;
- Communicating and educating stakeholders on the staffing policies and processes for both internal mobility and external selection;
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition required;
- Current or previous experience as a TA Representative responsible for multiple functions;
- Fluent in English language required (C1 min);
- Ability to easily build relationships and listen actively;
- Pro-activeness and willingness to learn;
- Experience in shared services and a complex organization (matrixed) would be an asset.
