Your responsibilities:

  • Begin serving as a technical expert for services delivered by the Travel and Expense Service Line, that includes system configuration / setup, data feeds, core functionality and architecture.
  • Begin acting as 2nd / 3rd level support by implementing and testing configuration changes for services delivered by the Travel and Expense Service Line.
  • Collaborate with external and internal support teams / vendors (service providers) to ensure issues and changes are resolved on time and with appropriate quality.
  • Monitor process effectiveness and work with the Application Manager to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work in an international team and communicate in English on daily basis.

Your background:

  • Experience in Information Systems (Information Technology) working as Support / System / Application Specialist / Application Super User beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Incident and Change Management processes (e.g. ITIL) beneficial.
  • Experience working with SaaS solutions beneficial.
  • Experience working with Travel and Expense processes and tools (e.g. SAP Concur) beneficial
  • Excellent communication and eye for detail.
  • Drive for results, proactive problem solver attitude.
  • A bachelor or master’s degree in Information Systems or similar.
  • Strong English proficiency.
