- Interview Rounds: 3 ( 1 Language assessment, 1 Technical & 1 cultural Round)
- Rate: 800 PLN/DAY
Tasks
- Supporting Azure Containers customers with Azure Cloud Containers-related technical concerns and questions.
- Reviewing and understanding Cloud configurations and scoping the correct level of troubleshooting and Cloud resource types that are of concern in each issue case.
- Incident/Support case logging, categorization, prioritization, assignment, coordination, and communication until resolution.
- Coordination with advisors and other related support teams.
- Take ownership of user incidents/requests and follow up the status on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.
- Drive the issue / support request from first customer interaction to final resolution of Containers related issue.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in Cloud based tech solutions broadly.
- Very strong skills in Azure Containers architecture, operations, and troubleshooting - ACR, ACI, AKS primarily.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- 2 + years of cloud-based tech experience (preferred).
- Strong fault analysis/determination and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively in English and French. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are must.
- Able to perform work under continuous deadline pressure.
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem-resolution steps.
