Role Overview: As a Service Administration Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Your responsibilities will include managing service requests, coordinating with field technicians, and providing top-notch administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage service requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with field technicians for service deployments and maintenance activities.
• Provide administrative support to the service department, including document management and data entry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
• Assist in maintaining accurate service records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in similar position
• Previous experience in the automotive sector
• University education completed or in progress
• 2 years of experience in the customer service environment
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and Ms Office
• Excel

• Very good knowledge of English:

• * German* language knowledge will be an asset

• Very good communication skill
