Key Responsibilities

Handle administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.
Manage documentation, including e-docs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare shipping documents and perform related administrative tasks.
Keep track of warehouse inventory.
Collaborate with warehouse storekeepers to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
Oversee material handling activities within the warehouse.
Ensure proper labelling and counterchecking of orders and shipments.
Maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Liaise with customers and stakeholders as necessary.
Facilitate import-export booking and creations.
Ensure compliance with shipping requirements for both import and export activities.
Perform thorough checks on shipping documents provided by shippers.
Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures within the warehouse.
Conduct stringent checks on physical cargo to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Report and address any safety concerns promptly.
Perform any other general duties assigned by customers and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Minimum qualification of ITE/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Proven experience in warehouse administration or logistics.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
