Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte, using a semi-automatic coffee machine.
- Calibrate and maintain the coffee machine to ensure consistent quality and taste.
- Serve pastries, soft drinks, and other menu items to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee kiosk, including the counter, seating area, and equipment.
- Restock supplies, such as coffee beans, cups, lids, and other items as needed.
- Track inventory and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Assist in meeting sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the kiosk.
- Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continually improve the quality of our offerings.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to calibrate and maintain a semi-automatic coffee machine.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Malay.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- A positive attitude and a passion for coffee and customer satisfaction.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
