Human Resources Executive

(i) Payroll Administration/ HRIS system

  • To ensure HRIS are updated timely with 100% accuracy
  • Overtime & time management checking
  • Prepare monthly payroll processing
  • Prepare reports for statutory submissions and ensure payments on-time
  • Prepare HR Monthly Manpower and Analysis Report.
  • Preparation of EA forms. Maintenance of personal records including leaves administration (utilization, efficiency, medical cost, etc.)
  • Handle company SOCSO & KWSP.
  • Order and monitor office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with the development of People Ops policy for the company with regard to employee relations. Participate and support People Ops projects and events (e.g., Internal Engagement - SRC & Birthday Celebration,)

(ii) Recruitment

  • Prepare job posting / upload job advertisement
  • Coordinate interview process and conduct interview when required
  • Make pre-employment and recruitment arrangements as per company’s practice
  • Organize new hire orientation program and notify relevant dept manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management or other relevant related qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experiences with an in-depth knowledge of Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Possess leadership qualities, has an eye for details and able to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Team Player and strong discipline towards deadlines

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
