- Position Title:Import & Export Executive (Ocean)/Operations Executive (Import & Export):
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM)
Salary Package:Basic Salary up to $3300 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Transport Allowance:
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- To prepare shipping documentation, timely billings and closing of job files
- Handle shipping documentation and other related shipping duties
- Declaration of customs permits for both import and export shipments
- Co-ordination for import and export operations to ensure smooth delivery of shipments within the timeline set by clients
- Coordination with partners and customers
- Ad Hoc duties as requested by Management

- Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in ocean freight forwarding operations
