Event Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Being involved in the full project cycle. From planning, sourcing, budgeting, production, set-up, and dismantling.
  • Able to complete tasks within the budget and timeline.
  • Manage pre-event, event day, post-event, and able to fulfil customers' expectations and requirements.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively and efficiently with both internal and external parties to ensure events project is delivered as planned and agreed upon.
  • Negotiate with third-party vendors to achieve the targeted profit without compromising the project's quality and safety.
  • Travel on-site to inspect setup and dismantle arrangements of the event.

Others

  • Planning and creation of original creative content for Company Event & event related matters
  • Scheduling and publishing of such content Planning of online and offline campaigns to engage the community

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably with at least one (1) year of working experience or being part of the operational team for sport events or key events.
  • Required Computer Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Required Written & Speaking Language(s): English, & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess good organization and planning skills.
  • Able to work independently and as a part of the team.
  • Willing to travel and work extended hours and during weekends.
  • Display strong passion and long-term ambition to succeed further in Event & Activation Management.
  • Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month (Negotiable)
