Responsibilities:

Being involved in the full project cycle. From planning, sourcing, budgeting, production, set-up, and dismantling.
Able to complete tasks within the budget and timeline.
Manage pre-event, event day, post-event, and able to fulfil customers' expectations and requirements.
Coordinate and communicate effectively and efficiently with both internal and external parties to ensure events project is delivered as planned and agreed upon.
Negotiate with third-party vendors to achieve the targeted profit without compromising the project's quality and safety.
Travel on-site to inspect setup and dismantle arrangements of the event.

Others

Planning and creation of original creative content for Company Event & event related matters
Scheduling and publishing of such content Planning of online and offline campaigns to engage the community

Job Requirements:

Preferably with at least one (1) year of working experience or being part of the operational team for sport events or key events.
Required Computer Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Required Written & Speaking Language(s): English, & Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess good organization and planning skills.
Able to work independently and as a part of the team.
Willing to travel and work extended hours and during weekends.
Display strong passion and long-term ambition to succeed further in Event & Activation Management.
Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month (Negotiable)
