Description
Main duty
To Your main duty is to assist the construction crews (carpentry, steel fixing, concrete placing) on site.
Daily tasks include:
Lifting and carrying materials and tools / equipment around site
Loading and unloading deliveries
Keeping the work area clean, safe and tidy
Helping the concrete placing crew during concrete pours
Patching holes / defects in concrete structures with grout mix
Complying with company policies and procedures
Cooperating and following instructions from the leading hand to ensure the team’s deadlines are met and to
achieve the required quality of work
Carrying out the work with a focus on Health and Safety (for you, the team, and the site)
Qualifications:
Self motivated with a positive attitude
Good level of physical fitness
Strong practical and teamwork skills
Comfortable working at heights
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to work outdoors in all weather and in cramped conditions
Time management skills
At least 1 year relevant experience is required for this role
Full-time, permanent role at $30/hour
8 hour shift Shift work
