Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as AML & Office Manager at our Mangere branch. As the backbone of our operations, the Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with agents, clients, and stakeholders, contributing to the overall success of our business.

The role is full time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Salary is $65,000 per annum.

  • Manage and control day-to-day operations of the real estate office, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and facilitate real estate transactions, including document preparation, contract management, and communication with agents, clients, and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate AML records and databases, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including social media management, event planning, and advertising campaigns.

Key skills required:

  • Proven administration experience in the Real Estate industry (minimum of 2 years)
  • Knowledge of the AML regulations which affect the industry and experience dealing with third party AML consultants
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software - inDesign and Canva are a must
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Leadership qualities with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
