An exciting opportunity has become available for a Design Graduate to work within our Merchandise team. This is a full time position, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
Your role revolves around supporting the Design team in constructing the brand's range across various channels, ensuring alignment with option counts, retail price points, and desired inflow margins. This entails honing both technical and creative skills in design, pattern fitting, and grading, all in line with the overarching brand strategy and under the guidance of the Lead Designer. Additionally, you play a crucial role in sample preparation for presentations, contributing to the creation of Mood Boards and drawing inspiration from trends to enhance new season presentations, working closely alongside the Lead Designer to achieve cohesive and impactful results.
You will work to maintain a creative mindset through personal development and research in to the global market. Staying up to date with international trends, utilizing platforms like WGSN and social media, in order to support and provide the design team with a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape.

What you will be responsible for?
- Work with the Production Development team regarding costing systems, profit margin and raw materials for each product range.
- Assist with the preparations of communications for range sell-ins to major customers to present design concepts, storyboards and work with the Lead Designer regarding the features and benefits of each product. Ensure product pages are produced for sharing with store teams.

- Provide relevant data for new product set up. This includes patterns, bills of materials and full specifications, quote packs for offshore manufacturers.
- Update and Maintain Delivery Schedule information with any changes made during development.
What would make you successful?
- Intermediate level Illustrator and Photoshop programs
- Understanding of Pattern making and grading, fabric engineering and garment construction
- Time management and work planning skills
- Pattern making qualification and/or experience
