What you will be doing.
Leading a small team, you will be focused on all things operational in HR. This will include HR systems, payroll, remuneration, HR annual activity management, metrics and reporting. A key project in the next 12months is the transition of the payroll system with the support of a payroll specialist in the team and strong external support.

What you’ll bring
As an experienced HR professional, you will have leaned in to your strong analytical and detail skills and be exceptionally skilled across remuneration and benefits, payroll, employment law. You’ll also have knowledge of the wider generalist activities. You’ll have strong project management, high attention to detail and be skilled in developing your team. You’ll be driven to make things more efficient, be an effective planner and highly motivated on customer service and delivery.
