As we continue to progress our transformational journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Manager to join us a key business partner to the NZ Leadership Team. This role will be based at our head office in Auckland and be responsible for planning, developing, managing, and executing communications to support our business nationally.

He angitūtanga: The opportunity
You will have ownership of the communications needs and interests of TGE NZ as part of the wider Corporate and Communications team (based in Australia).
Additional Key Responsibilities are:
- Support the development and implementation of internal communications plans that will enable us to achieve business goals and successfully transform and adopt organisational changes.
- Provide guidance to the leadership team through effective internal communications plans, content creation and project management.
- Lead the development of dynamic materials and tools to engage leaders and employees - both office based, remote and frontline workers.
- Draft messaging to leaders to drive ownership of message delivery to target internal audiences.
- Support various mass-communication initiatives such as town halls, monthly business updates,
- Use creative storytelling, messaging, multi-media content and a full mix of offline and online channels to drive awareness and engagement and achieve desired outcomes (internal websites, video content, town halls etc.)
- Partner with other communications team members to ensure various internal initiatives are rolled out flawlessly and impactfully.
