About the Role:
As a DevOps Engineer at LIC, you'll play a pivotal role in our team, driving excellence in our products and platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- Staying ahead of industry trends in CI/CD, automation, and observability.
- Advocating for an 'automate everything, measure everything' approach.
- Implementing cost-effective solutions for high-quality software delivery.
- Supporting Digital Delivery teams during incidents, outages, and seasonal demands.
About You:
- An innovative mindset, challenging the status quo and exploring new ways of working.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on automation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of technology service delivery and the software development cycle.
- Experience with containerisation, infrastructure-as-code, and various programming languages is desirable.
