You'll assist in various operational tasks, including ticket sales, Snowsports lesson bookings, and providing outstanding service to our guests. Daily tasks may include but not limited to

• Provide courteous and professional service to guests, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining a positive image for the resort.
• Assist in ticket sales, processing Snowsports lesson bookings, and handling inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
• Support Supervisors by coordinating shifts, updating reports, and providing assistance across departments as needed.
• Operate Point of Sale and EFTPOS systems proficiently, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of work areas, offering accurate information to guests and internal teams.

Applicants require

• Demonstrated expertise in guest service principles with a proven track record of outstanding performance.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
