This is a great opportunity to utilise your skills and experience in corporate strategy, planning and performance to help develop and grow our organisation in a role where you can influence the strategic direction of the Reserve Bank.Te tūranga - The roleWorking as part of the Strategy Performance and Enterprise Delivery Directorate, the Strategy, Planning and Performance team is all about enabling our people to effectively define, plan and deliver on our objectives and strategic priorities for the well-being and prosperity of New Zealanders.The team are ambassadors for cultural and behavioural change internally and externally and use their influencing skills and sharp focus on what needs to be achieved for Aotearoa to support the work taking place within the Reserve Bank. In this role, you'll work as part of a team of trusted Advisers to support the Governor, senior leaders, and other internal stakeholders on key projects. - Experience in a role within the financial sector, government or relevant public sector organisation
- Experience working with performance frameworks or performance reporting is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decisions and adapt your communication to suit your audience and stakeholders
