Medical Sales Officer (Fluent in Italian or Spanish)
About the Position:
Responsibilities:
- Contact assigned patients to respond to detailed information requests and questions about their treatments.
- Introduce treatment service packages and post-treatment care products based on the patients' treatment areas and expectations.
- Maintain communication with potential patients until the conclusion of sales agreements, providing daily feedback to sequential managers about the progress of meetings. Develop dynamics on the patient tracking system to ensure continuous communication and reach out at scheduled times.
- Act in accordance with instructions and updates from Team Leaders or senior management in line with planned routine tasks and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Work towards achieving sales goals in line with monthly and annual targets by focusing on patient satisfaction, following corporate policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate the necessary performance to meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) parameters and sales targets.
- Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during ongoing communication with patients or in the treatment plan process within your competence. Report situations beyond your competence to managers without delay.
Requirements:
- Advanced language proficiency in at least one of the following: German, Italian, French, or Spanish.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Preferably, experience in the healthcare sector.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Team player with a dynamic and confident personality.
- Successful track record in sales and customer relations.
