LOGISTICS OFFICER

The Logistics Officer will oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of the company. He/She coordinates personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods. He/She should be well-versed in supply management principles and practices, to ensure smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items order.
  • Manages and maintains inventory to operating levels to avoid any shortage of material.
  • Carries out packing, crating, and warehousing, and storage duties in preparation for site-specific program and shipment.
  • Ensures materials are appropriately store.
  • Control the drivers to insure carrying out deliveries and collections on a timely manner according to daily plans.
  • Carries out annual property inventory and provides other reports in his area of responsibility.

Job Requirements:

  • Work experience in logistic or supply chain management.
  • Computer skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities that may require overtime or extended hours.
