What's On Your Plate?- Execute monthly, weekly, and daily inventory analyses to identify discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.- Develop weekly forecasts to align with distribution requirements and initiate delivery arrangements for goods accordingly.- Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule and oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods.- Conduct regular inventory counts at the distribution center, coordinating closely during quarterly stock audits to maintain accuracy and compliance.- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.- Monitor the inventory management system daily for accuracy and address any discrepancies or issues raised by inventory coordinators promptly.- Provide support to the inventory team in various activities, including inventory posting, record keeping, documentation, and projects.- Supporting the team with monthly and quarterly tasks such as stock counts, reviewing new arrival shipments physically, and ensuring the accurate physical presence of inventory items.- Collaborate with other team members to implement and improve inventory management systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What Did We Order?- Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain or Warehouse Management- 3-4 years work experience in the warehouse industry, inventory, or Supply Chain- Ability to analyze data, create reports, Proficient in Microsoft Excel- Experience in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and hands-on ability to get the job done- Ability to work under pressure- Strong organizational and time management skills- Proficiency in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms, etc.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Arabic fluency is a must.
