About the position:
As Connection Manager you will be tasked with understanding key themes, passions, and insights about consumers via social listening and other consumer data mediums. You will drive these consumer driven learning through the organization via Newsroom and other marketing team touch points. This is a role that requires both art AND strong measurement science to achieve. As Connection Manager you will also be tasked with identifying key influences in your local market, building strong relationships with them, and developing partnerships that deliver effective and creative communication for our brands. You are at the heart of how we think like consumers, understand our consumers, and build powerful brands for our consumers.

You key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning of social listening and consumer learning touch points for your local market
  • Tracking social listening KPIs and build action plans resulting from those KPIs.
  • Monitoring brand trends via social listening.
  • Driving Newsroom routine in local market and coordinate with other Culture managers across Europe to identify European consumer trends.
  • Developing and produce creative concepts in conjunction with a creative team based on Newsroom insights.
  • Owning of community management by responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Mapping potential influencer partnerships and negotiate and contract with influencers.
  • Briefing influencers and work hand in hand with them to build effective communication materials.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

You have proven experience in managing agencies and an understanding of how to maximize agency partnerships.
You have strong knowledge of media planning and pricing and strong coordination skills and comfort in working with and meeting new people on a routine basis.
You are able to understand of how to flex media planning based on brand life stage and goals.
Prior experience as an influencer or in influencer marketing is a plus!
You have passion for the world around you and what makes consumers tick.
You are able to think on your feet, be creative, and adapt to rapidly changing consumer environments.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and a perspective on the future of the creator industry.
Hands on attitude and approach, no job is too big or too small.
Fluent English is a must.
