What You’ll Do

  • Lead top-level digital architecture planning, including partitioning.
  • Design and implement secure and efficient digital modules with a focus on low-power and high-performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Analog IC Design Engineers to define mixed-signal interfaces.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to engineer digital design systems and subsystems from concept to tape-out.
  • Develop and execute test cases for digital modules according to given specifications.
  • Build and maintain verification environments, including test benches and models.
  • Analyze implementation and verification results to identify design flaws and propose improvements.
  • Review and sign-off on digital design systems and subsystems.
  • Perform design and verification activities, including synthesis, place & route, simulation, debugging, and timing analysis.
  • Gather requirements and contribute to the development of design specifications, including test plans.
  • Support tape-out and post-silicon activities, including validation, characterization, and production test.
  • Conduct research on state-of-the-art techniques or methodologies.
  • Create and maintain related documentation, ensuring code readability.

Who You Are

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Digital IC Design or a related field.
  • Self-driven with a passion for continuous learning.
  • In-depth knowledge of VHDL, Verilog, or System Verilog.
  • Deep understanding of the digital design flow, including architecture, RTL design, verification, and implementation.
  • Logical and systematic thinking.
  • Ability to debug systems through oscilloscope and logic analyzer.
  • Skill in low-level programming is a plus.
  • Skill in scripting languages, including Tcl and Python.
  • Strong ability to contribute to technical documentation.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
