The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and legal support to the legal team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides general administrative duties and legal support to the legal team
  • Coordinates team members, colleagues and outside counsel on various legal issues
  • Supports team lawyers in negotiating and executing legal agreements
  • Supports the review of contractual terms
  • Performs legal research
  • Formulates and deploys process-related improvements with regards to the provision of legal support services, including drafting and revising template agreements and other legal training materials
  • Demonstrates the ability to provide assistance in basic legal and procedural areas
  • Ensures that files in relation to legal works are kept up to date and complete
  • Manages corporate database to ensure accurate and up to date information maintained on all Dentsu companies
  • Helps implement best-practices in contract management, intellectual property, data privacy and M&A
  • Helps co-ordinate projects

Qualification

  • LL.B. degree or higher
  • At least 3 years of experience in legal field
  • Good in English communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially in Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Strong service orientation and service mind
  • Good interpersonal skills, highly organized with good planning skill, problem-solving, good analytical and critical thinking and attention to details
  • Ability to collaborate well with others as well as to work individually
