Could you be the full-time Asset Configuration Controller in Bangkok we’re looking for?
Your future role
You'll maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Computerized Maintenance Management System. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business working with the Maintenance Planners to efficiently schedule activities and maintain a healthy fleet of trains and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of* *working with Maximo to record incidents, create work orders and other necessary processes required to maintain an accurate database.
We’ll look to you for:
- Collect and record new Incidents as they are reported
- Create Job Plans and raise work orders as required
- Monitor the accuracy of fleet configuration and ensure the database reflects the physical condition of each vehicle
- Analyses data and produce reports to explain findings in a logical format

- Degree in Computer Engineer, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Control System and Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
- Confident, English language skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills including VBA/Coding skills
- Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS will be advantage
- Ability to work with a wide range of internal stakeholders
