Description
Experience/ skills required: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles within the financial services industry, particularly in any asset management company, investment platform or brokerage firm, is highly desirable. - Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets. Familiarity with asset classes such as mutual funds, stocks and deposits is advantageous. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Active listening skills and empathy are crucial for effectively addressing client needs. - Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client inquiries, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using investment platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is expected.
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
