We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales Pipeline Development: Analyze assigned region and constantly build a robust database of qualified distributors to achieve business objectives
  • trade digitization, brand uptake and primary sales.
  • * Brand Portfolio Expansion*: Plan and execute strategic brand: distributor mapping to aid brand portfolio optimization and revenue growth.
  • * Digital Product Adoption* - Lead the strategic adoption of digital products in assigned region to maximize business opportunities.
  • * Champion Excellent In-trade Execution*: Lead the team to flawlessly execute commercial strategies and business value propositions in assigned region.
  • * Stakeholder Collaboration*: Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Operations, to align regional strategies with overall business objectives.

Experience we think you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (7-10 years) in a Senior Sales Management role, preferably within an FMCG or a B2B marketplace environment.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and its associated drivers.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work as a generalist and lead cross-functional teams, driving execution excellence and building plans and processes from scratch.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms is a plus.
