Internal Auditor

Is a top company in the Real Estate & Property Industry such as in Hospitality, Retail development, Commercial development, Plantations, and many more, etc and they are looking for an Internal Auditor to join them.

Responsibilities:

  • To review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the company's systems of internal control, savings potentials and adherence to laid down
  • policies and procedures, compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding of company's assets and resources, etc.
  • To gather sufficient audit evidence to support audit findings and conclusions.
  • To communicate with auditees on audit findings, document audit findings and
  • propose recommendations to rectify the weaknesses and inefficiencies found as well as to prepare draft audit reports.
  • To maintain proper audit working papers, attend audit meetings and discussions on audit issues with auditees.
  • To deliver value added recommendations and ensure completion of audit assignments in accordance with planned budget and schedules.
  • To carry out internal audit assignments and ad hoc investigations and etc, as and when directed by the Audit Manager and higher management.
  • This Role will report to the Senior Auditor

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in related fields, Accounting, Finance, etc or relevant professional qualifications such as full or part ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CIA, etc.
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in internal audit and / or external audit.
  • Possess strong inter-personal skills as well as good command of written and spoken English and communication skills.
  • A good team player with high level of integrity, initiatives, and good interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Work arrangements: Monday - Friday [9am-6pm]
  • This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur and must be willing to commute to office location in Kuala Lumpur.

Salary Range

RM 4000 to RM5500 per month
