The Position
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating various marketing and sales activities, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and processes to ensure smooth operations and compliance with internal business practice (BPO) standards.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales and marketing with general administrative tasks, including but not limited to documentation, price validation, monitoring order status, handling PO & payment related matters, contract tracking and monitoring, Veeva system coordination.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth communication and efficient collaboration.
- Manage marketing materials, including brochures and promotional items.
- Execute all roles and responsibilities assigned by superior.
Required Experience, and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English & Malay
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good sales acumen.
- Strong Excel Skills and CRM software.
