JOB DESCRIPTION
- Able to do hands on of electrical/ mechanical/ civil work, repairing work
- Able to do hands on for work related
- Willing to repair, try to rectify any issue breakdown work and plan preventive maintenance ( PPM)
- Do routine inspection and checking
- Do self finding work order
QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or certification in electrical/ mechanical/ civil from any institution recognized by Malaysia government
- Minimum experience : 2 years in building management
Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
