Description
Job responsibilities:
- Engage in requirement discussions with clients and provide business solutions
- Complete the functional specification document and/or the integration specification document, and conduct internal review, external review, and obtain confirmation.
- Complete the user manual, conduct review, confirmation and user training
- Complete configuration for products
- Track and solve issues/feedback reported by clients;
- Support the development and testing work of the AD/QA team, pre-verify the delivery representing clients;
Support other business event, including pre-sales, market research, etc;Job requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and other related courses.
- Adapt to global short-term travel upon request by client;
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English;
- Excellent logical reasoning ability and fast learning ability;
- Ambition to pursue the excellence and open to innovations with good leadership and influence skills;
- Strong ability to handle pressure.Additional Qualifications:
- Insurance and finance related majors are preferred;
- Experience in product manager are preferred;
- Proficiency in second language is preferred.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
