Position: Resource Augmentation (RA) or Finance Executive

Location: office located nearby Masjid Jamek LRT ( public transport accessible )

Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm

Working Day : Monday - Friday

Contract : (ASAP) 1 year from DOJ

Salary: Up to RM2,700

Education Level: Must possesses MINIMUM A DEGREE IN ACCOUNTANCY/FINANCE Or ACCA audit experience is preferred

Please note that -Required to work during MY public holidays as this job will follow Singapore Calendar

Jobscope

• Account control and Reconciliation Services
• Review of BAU reconciliation reports reporting and inform Business Unit
• Prompt escalation of reconciliation outages in a timely manner to Business Unit
• Investigate and follow through of the reconciliation outages till closure
• Active participation in assigned projects in the Department
• Contribute and work on process improvements and system automation
• Maintain and document reconciliation process procedures
• Assist in improving reconciliation service and ensuring effective reconciliation controls are in place
• Support in ad-hoc / admin task assigned

Preferred Requirement

• Knowledge on banking products or at least 2 years of working experience in banking industry is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Application especially Excel
• Strong Analytical Skill & Good Communication skills
• Good team player as well as able to work independently to meet tight deadlines
• Meticulous, highly motivated, focused, results oriented, strong drive for excellence

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
