WELLNESS THERAPIST

Within the LifeCare Group, LifeCare Wellness provide safe and
proven therapies designed to optimize overall health and wellbeing of all
individuals.

We specialize in providing non-invasive External Counterpulsation
(ECP) Therapy and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

Job summary:
As
Wellness Therapist, you will receive comprehensive training to expertly
administer both External Counterpulsation and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy,
ensuring the highest level of care and effectiveness for our clients'
wellbeing.

  • Customer registration and recording of health parameter such as
    blood pressure
  • Administer Therapies professionally
  • Efficiently manage appointments, ensuring proper scheduling and
    adherence to appointment
  • Establish good rapport with customers
  • Ensuring good customer satisfaction after each treatment and
    follow-up for future treatment
  • Responsible for the facilities maintenance by ensuring
    cleanliness, and tidiness of the treatment rooms and center
  • Responsible in maintenance of the machines to ensure good
    condition
  • Responsible to handle the machines and parts with care to prevent
    faulty
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and
    interventions
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the superior/manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field especially health-related field
  • Previous job experience in the healthcare/wellness industry will be added advantage
  • To provide good customer service experience
  • To perform beyond clients' expectation and to have initiative at work
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Multilingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin) will be added advantage
  • 5.5 working days per week
  • Monthly Basic Salary + Incentive

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
