岗位职责:
协助老人院行政工作,包括文件管理、日常办公事务处理等。
负责接待来访者,解答咨询,as处理日常行政事务。
组织和协调与老人院运营相关的会议和活动。
管理和维护老人院的档案和文档,确保信息的准确性和机密性。
协助制定和执行老人院的行政政策和流程。
任职要求:
具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
具备较强的组织能力和解决问题的能力。
熟练使用办公软件,包括Microsoft Office等。
对老人服务行业有浓厚兴趣,具备相关工作经验者优先考虑。

Responsibilities:
Assist in the administrative work of the nursing home, including file management, daily office affairs processing, etc.
Responsible for receiving visitors, answering inquiries, and handling daily administrative affairs.
Organize and coordinate meetings and events related to nursing home operations.
Manage and maintain nursing home files and documents to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Assists in the development and implementation of nursing home administrative policies and procedures.
Job requirements:
Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Have strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office, etc.
Applicants with strong interest in the elderly service industry and relevant work experience will be given priority.
