Description
Responsibilities:
1. Invoicing:
- Assist in the preparation of accurate invoices and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Data Entry:
- Enter financial data into the company's accounting system, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
- Account Reconciliation:
- Reconcile accounts regularly and investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Month-End Close:
- Support month-end close procedures and contribute to the preparation of financial reports.
- Client Communication:
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and address any payment inquiries promptly.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide support to the accounting team by assisting with various administrative tasks as required.
Salary: Up to RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
Experience:
- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
