Account Assistant

Responsibilities:
1. Invoicing:

  • Assist in the preparation of accurate invoices and ensure timely delivery to clients.

  1. Data Entry:

  • Enter financial data into the company's accounting system, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.

  1. Account Reconciliation:

  • Reconcile accounts regularly and investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed.

  1. Month-End Close:

  • Support month-end close procedures and contribute to the preparation of financial reports.

  1. Client Communication:

  • Communicate with clients regarding billing and address any payment inquiries promptly.

  1. Administrative Support:

  • Provide support to the accounting team by assisting with various administrative tasks as required.

Salary: Up to RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • STM/STPM (preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
