Are you an experienced Unified Communications Architect with a focus on Teams? Join our Digital Workplace department. As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the technical direction and roadmap for Teams infrastructure technologies. If you're passionate about driving innovation and enhancing collaboration through Teams, we want to hear from you.

Your role

  • Designing and implementing the service offering and standard configurations in alignment with the defined roadmap
  • Evaluating industry and market trends in technology to determine their impact on user experience
  • Providing recommendations on Hardware and Software technologies to meet business and technical objectives
  • Maintaining the catalog of video services for standard spaces and ensuring that end-to-end implementation proposals meet the needs of specific collaborative spaces (video, audio capture, etc.)
  • Ensuring the security, availability, updates, recoverability, optimization, cost-effectiveness, and scalability of Unified Communications infrastructure to support business growth
  • Identifying deficiencies in current designs and planned changes and recommending solutions to enhance performance, security, and usability
  • Ensuring all relevant Architecture documentation is up-to-date and accurate
  • Supporting project teams responsible for deploying the service offering and its evolutions

Your skills

  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience, specializing in Teams Unified Communications architecture design and implementation in the last 5 years
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 products, particularly Teams, including policies, configurations, video conferencing, Teams Phone, device onboarding, call monitoring, live events, 3rd-party solutions, and proficiency in PowerShell
  • High sensitivity to user experience
  • Good knowledge of compliance and security concepts
  • Very good analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective communication skills in English; French proficiency is plus
  • Strong background in producing high-quality design documentation
