Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the site (residential / commercial)
- Carry out full administrative, financial and maintenance functions
- Assist in the supervision of term contractors
- Obtain quotations for repair and maintenance services
- Lead and manage client-relationship
- Any other duties as assigned by reporting supervisor
Job Requirements/Attributes
- Higher NITEC in Facilities Management and/or Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management and its equivalent qualifications
- Team player with good communication skills
- Knowledge of BMSMA will be an added advantage
Remarks - Willing to work at Singapore
