1.0 Responsibilities
- Convert Machine / Line based on production schedule.
- Troubleshooting machine/equipment error to minimized the downtime
- Escalate the Problem to the right channel on time if the problem cannot be solve on time.
- Perform Preventive maintenance and calibration as per schedule.
- Propose and perform improvement project.
- Maintain spare part and tools.
- Maintain maintenance data accurately.
- Perform related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
2.0 Job Requirement
- Education: Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. OR Certificate holder with more than 5 years experience in SMT Equipment.
- Working Experience: At least 3 years experience in SMT Equipment & maintenance role.
- Communication ability: Able to Communicate (Speak, read & write) in both English & BM. Preferably able to communicate Chinese (Mandarin). (Involving in project transfer from China).
- Computer Proficiency: Able to maintain reports using Microsoft Excel. Experience in machine Programming would be a strong point.
- Physical Requirement: This position require long hour of standing and walking. This position hands-on in machine troubleshooting and repairing.
- Knowledge in SMT and off-line Equipment. (Paste Printer (DEK), SPI, Pick and Place machine (ASM), Reflow oven, AOI, Agilent 5DX,3DX,2DX router, Glue Dispensing machine and etc).
- Able to run shift.
- Able to work Overtime whenever needed.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
